Bio-Mechanics Cycles & Repairs (BMCR) is Adelaide's premier bicycle workshop, providing high-quality, specialist repair and service work to SA's dedicated cyclists. (And some interstate ones, too!)
We specialise in custom bike builds, in-house suspension repairs, frame machining and prep, wheel building, and meticulous service work. With friendly, professional service, we solve problems that other bike shops can't.
We're also passionate about bike parts and components that actually work. Because we look at everything from a mechanic's point of view (not a marketer's), we're extremely fussy about the brands we stock.

BMCR was founded by Peter Hague in 2004.
Pete's been working in bike shops since he was 14, and rebuilding bikes since he was 5. When he realised that Adelaide lacked a dedicated, top-tier servicing centre, Pete launched BMCR—and quickly built a cult following. Within three weeks of BMCR opening, the workshop was completely booked. It's been that way ever since.
His wife, Lia Weston, joined the business in 2007 to run BMCR's retail, marketing and customer service. She also built this webshop and would now like a nice lie-down.
