At Bio-Mechanics Cycles & Repairs (a.k.a. BMCR Gear), we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, costs and delivery times.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship all orders via Australia Post, with two flat-rate options:

  • Standard Shipping - $15: Estimated delivery within 2-8 business days depending on location.
  • Express Shipping - $20: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on location.

These rates apply no matter the size of your order. (Hey, we like to keep it simple.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through Australia Post's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays.

Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delays or delivery problems.
