Returns & Warranty Policy
We’re a small, independent bike component retailer, and, as professional mechanics, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:
- change your mind,
- order the wrong product or size, or
- fit, use, or damage an item during installation.
We get that mistakes happen, but as a small business we’re unable to absorb the cost of change-of-mind or user-error returns. If you're unsure about compatibility, feel free to contact us before ordering. We're happy to help!
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and sort things out as quickly as we can.
Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, always in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your item develops a fault that appears to be due to a manufacturing defect, please email us with:
- your order number,
- a detailed description of the issue, and
- clear photos showing the problem.
We’ll work with the manufacturer to assess your claim and organise a suitable resolution.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the item repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
