This seat post clamp is precision-machined from 6061 aluminium to provide secure, consistent clamping with clean lines and long-term reliability. Seat collar sizing is based on your frame's seat tube outside diameter, not your seatpost diameter. Grab a set of calipers and measure the actual outside diameter of your seat tube before ordering, or check your frame manufacturer's spec sheet. This is one measurement you definitely want to get right.

Is this the same as a seat post clamp?
Yes! White Industries calls it a 'Seat Collar', but it does the same job as any seat post clamp: securing your seatpost at the correct height. If you've searched for "seat post clamp" or "seat clamp," you're in the right place.
How do I know what size I need?
Measure the outside diameter of your frame's seat tube (not your seatpost) with a set of calipers. This collar accommodates frames within +0.25mm / −0.5mm of the stated 32mm size. If you're not sure, check your frame manufacturer's spec sheet or get in touch and we'll help you work it out.
Will it fit my carbon frame?
In most cases, yes, but always measure the actual outside diameter rather than assuming it matches.
Does it work with any frame?
It's not compatible with frames that use a proprietary curved seat collar design. If your frame has an integrated or oddly-shaped seat collar area, check with us before ordering.
What tools do I need to install it?
Just a 4mm Allen key (not included). The oversized stainless bolt threads into a bronze pin nut for even clamping. There are no special tools required.
Can I get a colour that's not listed?
Yes. White Industries offers this collar in a wider colour range than we keep in stock. Email info@bmcr.com.au and we'll arrange a special order.

This webshop is focused on online retail. If you're in Adelaide, however, we run a separate workshop (Bio-Mechanics Cycles & Repairs). You're welcome to book in via that site to get components installed or your bike serviced.
